Candidates called for interview for admission to OFFICE OF THE PRINCIPAL on the respective dates and time of their interviews as mentioned in the list WITH THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS IN ORIGINAL:
1. Hall Ticket issued by the Dean’s Office
2. Marksheet(s) of Qualifying Examination(s) – Class X / XII / Cert. Course (as applicable)
4. Birth Certificate (if date of birth is not mentioned in the Marksheet/Certificate of Class X)
5. Character Certificate from the institution last attended.
6. Certificate of Category, if reservation is claimed.
7. Certificate from 1st Class Gazetted Officer with regard to occupation during the intervening period, if there is any discontinuation in study.
8. Proof of Mailing/Permanent Address by furnishing any of the following documents:
• Ration Card / Driving License / Passport / Voters Identity Card
• Certificate issued by Gram Pradhan / Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation;
9. One set of attested copies of all the above documents to be submitted for the records of the Office of the Principal, Jamia Polytechnic.
